Online Counselling & Psychotherapy

Support, Wherever You Are

Online counselling and psychotherapy offer a flexible and comfortable way to access support from your own space. Sessions take place via secure video or phone, allowing you to connect without the need to travel or leave home. Many people find that being in a familiar environment helps them feel safer, more relaxed, and better able to speak openly — especially when life already feels demanding.


What to Expect

Online sessions are much like in-person therapy, just in a different setting. We meet at a scheduled time using a secure platform, and our focus remains fully on you and what you’re experiencing. Our work together may include:

  • Talking through current challenges or concerns
  • Exploring emotions, patterns, and relationships
  • Developing coping strategies and self-understanding
  • Gentle reflection, pauses, and moments of silence when helpful

You don’t need a “perfect” space — just somewhere you feel reasonably comfortable and that is private (no other people).
