Blended Therapy (In-Person & Online)

Blended therapy offers a gentle mix of in-person and online sessions, following a clear and consistent rhythm. In this approach, in-person sessions are offered on the first Monday of each month, with all other sessions taking place online. This structure allows you to benefit from regular, accessible online support while also having the grounding experience of meeting face to face each month.

We meet weekly (or as agreed) using a secure online platform, creating continuity and ease within your everyday life. On the first Monday of each month, we meet in person, offering space for deeper connection, reflection, and grounding. Our work together may include:
